How are the delivery charges priced?
Our shipping is based on a standard delivery rate, our current flat rate is £7.50. We also offer FREE local pick up from our store.
What are the refund policies?
Once we receive your return a refund will be made within 14 days. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your refund has been processed. A refund will then be initiated into your account from Mysportswear.
Personalised products with custom initials, badges or prints cannot be refunded.
What payment methods are accepted in our online shop?
We use the safe and trusted Paymentsense payment gateway for our payment methods, this includes the most popular Credit and Debit cards. This website does not store any card details.
When will I receive my goods?
Due to the unique nature of business here at the Mysportswear, products can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped out to you. This comes down to the process that we go through where the garments are ordered from our warehouse in Italy which take 3-4 days to reach us and then they go into the embroidery and printing queue here at our store.
How secure is the online shop? Is my data protected?
As mentioned, we use the most secure payment system on the internet, Paymentsense, no payment details are stored on our website. The only information that we must retain is your account details for delivery etc. This data is not shared with any third party and remains secure on our website. We have powerful Firewalls also in place to stop hackers and spammers.
When happens after ordering?
When you complete your order you will receive an automatic email from our shop stating that your order is being processed. We also receive this email and we then order your items for you, when completed and ready to ship we will then send you the final email telling you that your order is with our courier service and is ready to be shipped.
Do I receive an invoice and when?
You will receive your invoice in your final email from us when the product you have ordered has been dispatched from the store.

My order was wrong, give me the wrong price cost me more money to get what I wanted. It would of been nice if the shop had told me that the jacket I was getting was the same one in the club shop and I could of saved £6 very disappointed.

Brilliant service.....I phoned the store and Debbie was excellent in helping me with the item i wanted and offered to embroid the club emblemem on in 45m, i had the item with Jamie tending to me i the store making me feel valued and taken care of

I’ll dislike to say MySportswear Brilliant at helping. I have learning difficulties Teresa and Craig and other staff I’ve been quite helpful so don’t feel scared to contact him all friendly in there and keep up the good work

We use Mysportswear to order our medical supplies for training and match days. Supplies include strappings, underwraps and a variety of 1st aid items. Everyone at the company is an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing is a problem as every staff member will go above and beyond to help out. Would thoroughly recommend to any sports team. Excellent people. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Listen to what you want and then help you achieve it. Being involved in grassroots sport it is hard to find companies willing to offer help and advice like mysportswear do. Will be a customer now for a long time
