Delivery Information

When making your purchase, you will be given the option to collect from store or have your order delivered. Some products may also be available for collection from your club but please check with the club before ordering. If collecting, we will try to contact to when your order is ready to be picked up so please ensure your contact details are up to date. All our deliveries are sent via DHL tracked delivery.

Due to the unique nature of business here at the Macron Sports Hub Tees Valley, products can take 4-6 weeks to be completed and ready for shipping or collection, especially during our busy periods, though we will do our best to get it to you quicker.

Occasionally we may need to order additional stocks from Macron in Italy. This can take up to 14 days to reach us before going into our embroidery and printing facility.
