Brilliant service.....I phoned the store and Debbie was excellent in helping me with the item i wanted and offered to embroid the club emblemem on in 45m, i had the item with Jamie tending to me i the store making me feel valued and taken care of

My order was wrong, give me the wrong price cost me more money to get what I wanted. It would of been nice if the shop had told me that the jacket I was getting was the same one in the club shop and I could of saved £6 very disappointed.

Just popped in to have my daughters initials on her training top, the 3 staff members couldn't have been more helpful. And after a quick chat with his team the man serving me returned with the top done in less than 5mins. Top class service. Cheers
